Shop Never Satisfied wants you to be happy with every purchase! All orders may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Send an email stating reason for exchange and we will provide you reference number to start your exchange process. Your new item will not be shipped until the previous order has been returned and inspected by our team. Each customer is responsible for shipping costs to exchange any item back to our store unless the product has manufacture defects or damage prior to shipping. Sale items are final sale.

1. Exchange an Order:

Send an email to info@shopneversatisfied.com. Include your First, Last Name, Telephone, Order ID, Order Date, Product Name, Quantity and Reason for Exchange.  Information must be complete. We will send you a EXCHANGE ORDER # for reference.

2. Package an Exchange: Package all your items securely so it is ready for delivery. Include the exchange form we provide, packing slip and other materials sent to you by ShopNeverSatisfied.com. Do not indicate on the package that it contains jewelry or other luxury items, to avoid possible theft.

3. Shipping: Shipping is your responsibility. To return your order securely, make sure you can track your package and opt for a signature confirmation. This will help guarantee the package arrives at ShopNeverSatisfied.com, for quick and easy processing. We recommend insuring the package for your own protection.
