  • Where do I go to pick up purchased orders?
    • An automatic email response will be sent to your email after each online purchase.  Our Brand Ambassador, Management or a Sales Representative will email you after the order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up during a scheduled date.  
    • Your purchased order will be available after its been completed for pick up during our working business hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday at 1420 Century Drive, Suite 1000, Carrollton, TX 75006.
  • Where can I find more exclusive items?
    • Contact our Brand Ambassador, Management or a Sales Representative to schedule a date and time to check out our exclusive store front at our headquarters located in Carrollton, TX. 
  • How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
    • Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. All items are shipped directly from the vendor.  If you have ordered from multiple brands you will receive a separate package from each brand.  Order are shipped within 7-14 business days.  You will receive your package approximately 3 to 5 business days after that - unless it is an international shipment. 
    • You can check on your order status at any time by signing into your NeverSatisfied account.
  • Why was my order cancelled?
    • You make have made a duplicate order.  When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged twice.
    • You make have failed to respond, in a timely fashion, to an important email.  Often these emails relate to verifying your information, or completing payment.
    • If you have questions about your cancelled order, please contact us with your name & invoice ID#.
  • Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
    • Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse.
    • We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package.  If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have tracking the return may not be processed.
  • How long will it take for my return to be processed?
    • Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.
  • Can I receive a refund if I return an item?
    • Yes, but only if your return request is made within 30 days of your original order.
    • Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds.
  • I received a Damaged item, what do I do?

  • When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?
    • When your exchange is setup, we place your item on hold.  Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that your warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.
